Preparing Your Documents

You may submit original documents for copying or printing in-person on a USB flash drive, compact disc (CD), or original paper.
We also now accept select electronic documents through our online submission system. Accepted electronic file formats include Microsoft Office and PDF files.
Original documents must be submitted print-ready. Please allow ½” margin for printing and a 1” margin for finishing (stapling, hole punching, etc.) Review our copyright policies before submitting an order.

Ink Options

We print and copy in both black and white and full-color using professional-grade machines.*
*Color prints only available Monday - Friday.

Finishing Options

• Stapling
  Choose single, upper-corner staple or two-staple for left-hand margin binding.
• Comb Binding
  Secure 8.5" x 11" size booklets with black comb binding, available for jobs up to 425 pages.
• Coil Binding
  Secure 8.5" x 11" size booklets with black coil binding, available for jobs up to 265 pages.
• Cover Pages
  Clear plastic front and back covers may be added to coil or comb binding jobs.
• Hole Punch
  Choose single, double, or triple hole punches for left-hand margin binding.
• Folding
  Single-sheet folding may be accommodated. We do not offer book binding at this time.
